We have stayed here several times on our way up I-81. The check-in desk is always welcoming, the room is clean, and breakfast is good for a hotel at this price point. Across the street, there are numerous charging stations for your car. It is super convenient. The hotel sits right next to the minor-league baseball stadium, and it would be awesome to catch a game next time we drive through.
This hotel is one of the best hotels to stay at in the area. Not only is it incredibly clean and the location is excellent, but what makes a stand apart is the customer service.Especially Mark who works at the front desk. He is phenomenal. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. I think I stay there just because of the service I get from him. Also, their breakfast bar is out of this world.!!!
I was here the end of January for a family ski vacation. The people at the front desk were some of the nicest most helpful people I've ever encountered at a hotel. Sylvia on day shift and Mark at night both went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for dining , shopping and especially skiing.
(From first weekend in August) We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Arranged last check out for us based on our status and told us about the fireworks! All staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, breakfast was very good. Would stay here again. NOTE: Still have not received rewards credit for 3 nights stay or 500 Bonvoy points welcome gift!!
From check in to check out we had an excellent experience. Mark at the check in desk was exactly what you want when you check in to a hotel. Personable, helpful ,friendly, made excellent dinner recommendations and told us about the fireworks! All the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, breakfast was good. Would most definitely stay here again if in the area.
Spent 3 nights at this hotel & upon arrival Sylvia was very welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. Nice staff and breakfast was great. Definitely will be coming back

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything we needed. The rooms were average but clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the front desk staff, very helpful, friendly, and courteous throughout our stay. Great service makes all the difference! The view from the patio is so nice! Walking distance to plenty of food selections.
